During the hearing, the court referred to its earlier ruling related to the film Ghooskhor Pandit. In that case, the use of the word “ghooskhor” (meaning corrupt) was found to attach a negative label to a community, which justified judicial intervention.
However, the court clarified that Yadav Ji Ki Love Story does not associate the Yadav community with any negative meaning, making the two cases entirely different.
